Our Story

Alex and Alivia’s journey began when they were just kids. Their initial connection sparked through travel baseball, where Alex and Alivia’s brother played on the same team. Often times, Alivia was squeezed the in middle seat between the two smelly boys after games. Who could have predicted that 15 years later, they would be embarking on a lifetime together? Throughout their childhood, Alivia quietly nurtured a secret crush on Alex. From a letter he wrote to her brother after she broke her leg at the fair, offering comfort and friendship, to her playful attempts to catch his eye during school sporting events, she always had a soft spot for him. Their paths crossed once more when Alivia humorously posted about deserving free milkshakes from the fair. Alex couldn’t resist reaching out, recalling the memorable moments when Alivia came to the baseball games in her wheelchair and walker. From that moment on, their conversations flowed effortlessly. Their first date was a perfect blend of fun and romance, filled with laughter at the lake, a competitive game of putt-putt, a delightful dinner, and a beautiful sunset on the beach. As they drove back home, the car was filled with joyful chatter, not a moment of silence. That night, Alex returned home and instantly knew: “She is the one.” Fast forward to December 22, 2024, Alex asked the big question, affirming that she truly was the one. Join us as we celebrate the love story that is woven together by the unseen threads of fate, connecting their hearts in a lifelong partnership.

Wedding Party

The Wedding DayWe are so excited to celebrate our big day with you! The ceremony will take place on July 18,2026 at Good Hope Lutheran Church. Music will start at 3:00pm followed by the ceremony beginning at 3:30pm. We would love for everyone to arrive about 20-30 minutes early so you have time to park, get settled, and take in the view before things begin. The dress code is semi-formal —nothing too fancy, please no jeans. Reception Our celebration will continue with a short drive to the Master's Building at the Wyandot County Fairgrounds with good food, great music, and plenty of dancing. There will be a few speeches and special moments throughout the evening—get ready for some laughs and happy tears! Please refer to your invitation if a plus-one was included. We welcome kids, as family of all ages are very important to us!
